Delete your Kriy account

In the app

1. Stylists: open Me → Privacy. Clients: open Stylist → Privacy.
2. Tap Export if you want your data first; the zip is ready within minutes.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out and the deletion runs at once.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to hello@kriy.app from the address you sign in with. We confirm by replying to that address and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Clients: your wardrobe photos and tags, looks, lookbooks, requests, reactions, wear history, push tokens and exports. Your stylist keeps a record with your name only, marked deleted.
• Stylists: your profile, brand, subscription record, exports and every client you created. Clients who accepted an invitation keep the wardrobe you built for them, as the Terms promise.
• An anonymised placeholder remains so other people's records stay consistent. No personal data is kept in it.
